1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Infl8's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Infl8 provides balloon decoration services including but not limited to:

• Balloon arches and backdrops
• Balloon centerpieces
• Balloon garlands and arrangements
• Event setup and styling
• Consultation services

Specific services and pricing are detailed on our Balloon Menu page and confirmed during booking process.

3. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

All bookings are made through our online booking form or direct contact. A booking is confirmed only after:

• Event details are confirmed through signed contract
• A 50% deposit is received
• Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, Debit Card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App Pay, Link

Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 50% due at time of booking
• Balance: Remaining 50% due 24hrs prior to the event day

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Deposit: Deposit is non refundable under any circumstances.
• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 days prior.
• Weather-related cancellations (outdoor events): In case of weather issues, full refund or reschedule option available.

All cancellations must be made in writing (email or text) and confirmed by Infl8.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate event information and venue details
• Ensure venue access for setup and breakdown
• Obtain any necessary venue permissions for balloon installations
• Notify Infl8 of any changes to event details promptly
• Provide safe environment for balloon arrangements (e.g., away from heat sources, sharp objects)
• Pay remaining balance 24 hrs prior to event setup
• All pets and animals must be secured away from the setup area before Infl8 LLC arrives and remain separated throughout installation. Failure to do so may result in delays, design changes, or cancellation without refund.

6. Delivery, Setup, and Breakdown

Infl8 provides:

• Delivery: To specified venue address within service area
• Setup: Professional installation of all balloon arrangements
• Timing: Setup completion depends on the venue set up time prior to event start time.
• Breakdown: Removal of balloons included with a fee.

7. Balloon Quality and Duration

We use premium quality balloons designed for durability and vibrant colors. Infl8 LLC offers outdoor balloon décor only when placed in a fully shaded area. Direct sun exposure and heat can cause balloons to pop or deflate.

• Indoor balloons: Typically last 2-3 days (sometimes up to a week)
• Outdoor balloons: Shorter lifespan due to weather (6-12 hours typical)
• Weather considerations: Not responsible for balloon damage due to severe weather for outdoor events
• Deflation: Natural balloon deflation is expected and not considered defective

8. Changes to Orders

• Changes to colors, size, or design must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date.
• Approval of changes is not guaranteed and depends on availability and feasibility.
• Last-minute changes are not allowed under any circumstances.

9. Rentals

• Any rental items (including but not limited to stands, frames, backdrops, and structures) remain the property of Infl8 LLC.
• The client assumes full responsibility for all rental items once delivered.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged items will result in replacement or repair fees, determined by the cost of the item.

10. Limitation of Liability

Infl8 is not liable for:

• Balloons popping or deflating due to normal use or weather conditions
• Damage to customer property caused by balloon arrangements
• Injuries or accidents resulting from improper use of balloons
• Loss, theft, or damage to balloons after setup
• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or venue access issues

Infl8's total liability shall not exceed amount paid for services.

11. Force Majeure

Infl8 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, or government restrictions. In such events, we will provide partial refund or reschedule options.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on Infl8's website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission from Infl8.

13. Photography and Marketing

Infl8 LLC reserves the right to take photos and videos of all installations for marketing purposes.

Content may be used on:

• Social media
• Website
• Promotional materials

Clients may not opt out of this policy.

Photos and videos will not include guests or attendees—only the décor and Infl8 LLC team members during setup.

14. Changes to Terms

Infl8 reserves right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
